Delivery times and costs

Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are prepared within 24-48 hours and delivered within 8-12 business days to Italy (8-15 business days to Spain). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are included — the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees on delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

You can follow your parcel at any time with your tracking number. If your parcel appears blocked or lost, contact us at hello@thewildzoomies.com: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund you in full — you will never bear the cost of a lost parcel.

Possible delays

During peak periods (holidays, promotions) or customs inspections, delivery may occasionally take a few days longer than the times indicated. If your parcel exceeds the maximum delivery time, contact us — we monitor every late shipment until it is delivered.

Parcel marked as delivered but not received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's reception or your local post office — most parcels are found this way. If it remains untraceable after 48 hours, contact us at hello@thewildzoomies.com: we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution together.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can correct it free of charge as long as the order has not shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
